It shall be the duty of the property owner to maintain and repair the parking lot and related improvements in accordance with the standards set out in this chapter and any other conditions imposed at the time of approval. If the community development department finds that the lot is in need of maintenance or repair, to ensure public safety and welfare, the city may have the work done thirty days after a written notice to the property owner by the director. Maintenance costs shall be applied as a lien against the property. (Ord. 1156 § 3 (1) Ex. A (N), 1990)
