15.40.910 Public nuisance.

If the owner of any premises fails or neglects to comply with the provisions of this chapter, it shall constitute a public nuisance, pursuant to Chapter 8.24. Any aggrieved party may, in addition to any other right or remedy they may possess either at law or in equity, pursue a private cause of action to abate a public nuisance, as specified in Chapter 8.24.
