A. This chapter provides procedures and requirements for the preparation, filing, and initial processing of the land use permit applications and legislative actions required by the city and specified in these zoning regulations.

B. The architectural review commission has the authority to review and make recommendations to either the director or the planning commission, depending upon the type of project application, regarding compliance with applicable design guidelines.
