5.20.250 Return of driver’s permit upon termination of employment.

The employer shall notify the chief of police of the driver’s termination of employment with the listed employer and shall return the driver’s permit to the chief of police. The driver’s permit shall become null and void upon the driver’s termination of employment. (Ord. 1675 § 2, 2020: Ord. 1298 § 1, 1996)
