A. No person shall dispense, serve, store, give away or consume, or cause or permit the sale, dispensing, serving, giving away or consumption of alcoholic beverages or tobacco in or on the premises of a commercial cannabis business.

B. No person shall conduct any commercial cannabis activity at any location where alcohol is sold or served. (Ord. 1647 § 4 (Exh. A (part)), 2018)
