A. No person shall locate, install, keep, maintain or use, or permit the location, installation, keeping, maintenance or use on his, her or its premises of, any cannabis vending machine used or intended to be used for the purpose of selling any cannabis products or cannabis accessories therefrom.

B. No person, business, or other entity shall sell, offer for sale, or display for sale any cannabis product by means of a self-service display or vending machine. All cannabis products shall be offered for sale exclusively by means of vendor/employee assistance.

C. “Vending machine” means any electronic or mechanical device or appliance the operation of which depends upon the insertion of money, whether in coin or paper bill, or debit or credit card, or other thing representative of value, which device or appliance dispenses or releases cannabis, cannabis product(s) and/or cannabis accessories.
