10.12.100 Vehicles deemed in violation of Section 10.12.090 if not moved a minimum of five hundred feet from initial parking place before being parked again.

For the purposes of enforcement of Section 10.12.090, a vehicle is in violation if, once it has been parked or left standing upon a street, it is not moved a minimum distance of five hundred feet from the initial parking place before being again parked. (Prior code § 3202.9)
