13.08.430 Unlawful to dump into city collection system except as provided in this chapter.

It is unlawful for any person to dump or discharge into the city sewer collection system septic tank cleanings or any raw or chemically treated sewage from septic tanks or any industrial or unidentified liquid waste or any hazardous waste except as provided in this article.
