The city of San Luis Obispo hereby adopts a building construction and fire prevention code of the city of San Luis Obispo, 2023, hereinafter designated as the “San Luis Obispo Building Construction and Fire Prevention Code, 2023.” (Ord. 1723 § 5, 2022; Ord. 1670 § 5 (part), 2019; Ord. 1630 § 5 (part), 2016: Ord. 1595 § 5, 2014)
