“Lot width” means the sum of the lengths of the front and rear lot lines divided by two. For irregularly shaped lot or lots having more than two side lot lines, lot width shall be determined by drawing two lines perpendicular to one side lot line, one at the narrowest and one at the widest part of the lot, adding the lengths of the two lines, and dividing by two.
