The administrative review board shall consist of three members appointed by the city council to serve in an adjudicatory capacity. Members of the administrative review board may simultaneously serve on other city advisory bodies requiring technical expertise, including the construction board of appeals, pursuant to San Luis Obispo Council Policies and Procedures Section 6.7.2.5.
