A. The prohibition set out in Section 9.04.010 shall not apply to a business licensed to sell or dispense alcoholic beverages or to any person in compliance with the provisions of Chapter 12.20 of this code regarding the consumption of alcohol in a city park.

B. The council, by resolution, may provide for other temporary or limited exceptions to the prohibitions set out in Section 9.04.010. (Ord. 1070 § 1 Ex. A (part), 1986: prior code § 4601)
