The commercial cannabis business shall operate all times in compliance with all applicable state and local laws, regulations, and any specific, additional operating procedures or requirements which may be imposed as conditions of approval of the commercial cannabis operator permit or use permit or state license(s). Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as authorizing any action which violates state law or local law with respect to the operation of a commercial cannabis activity. (Ord. 1647 § 4 (Exh.
