A. Application Type. Tentative maps and final maps are not required for a lot line adjustment between four or fewer existing adjoining parcels where the land taken from one parcel is added to an adjoining parcel, subject to Section 16.16.020 (Lot line adjustments), and the Subdivision Map Act Section 66412(d).
