A. Application Type. Pursuant to Chapter 16.10 (Tentative Maps), a tentative tract map shall be required for all subdivisions, including flexible lot design subdivisions, airspace subdivisions, condominium projects, community apartment projects, and condominium conversions, that result in the creation of five or more lots or parcels unless a tentative parcel map is required pursuant to Section 16.08.050 (Tentative parcel maps).
