“Flexible lot design subdivision” means projects which consist of small lot subdivisions where each unit is within its own lot. In the R-2, R-3 and R-4 zones and commercial districts, development standards such as density, setbacks, and lot coverage are based on the exterior boundaries of the project site to provide for innovative designs and options for flexible development of site.
